and Handling •
Regular shipping options through the U.S. Postal Service include:
(1) First Class Mail (shipping time is typically 2-3 business
days) and (2) Two-day Guaranteed (Continental U.S.). USPS
does deliver on Saturdays. Once payment has been received
your order will be processed. See check-out for details.
• Expedited shipping is available for an additional
charge. Email us for special requests
• Orders are insured for the value of your purchase.
• If we are shipping to two or more addresses, the shipping
rates apply for each address.
Payments
Payments are accepted
through Paypal where credit card information is secure.
All payments shall
be payable to Firefly Beading. Personal/business checks, Money
Orders, and Cashiers checks are accepted (at below address).
Funds must clear prior to shipment.

Packaging
Each order includes
one complimentary gift box. Additional boxes are available for $1.50 each.
If your
purchase is a gift, we will mail it for you with a gift message card for $1.50 each.. See Mailing Gifts tab for instructions.
| Returns
and Exchanges
Customers
may receive a full refund of the purchase price (not including
shipping costs), provided that;

The item must be returned or exchanged to Firefly Beading
within 14 days of receipt;
• The item must be in new condition, with original sales
tabs still attached;
• A copy of the original receipt must accompany the
returned item;
• The item must be returned in the original packaging.
• For your protection, please use insured traceable
delivery for all returns.

Refunds
will be issued in the same manner as payment was made.
Custom
Orders
Custom jewelry is begun upon receipt of full payment. All
custom orders sales are final. Contact us for more details.
